Fabrication and Operations always draw my attention. It keeps fascinating me in daily life. As a mechanical engineer, I understand processes, thus optimization is “a walk in the park”. Nevertheless, the human factor at work is attracting my interest more and more nowadays. My experience as a manager in several companies gave me insight in the most important asset of every business: People. To my opinion, bringing harmony and balance into a work relationship is pretty important. It will lead to joy and energy within the team which most importantly grows performance.
