Participating within an international group of scientists to examine an oligoclonics based
immunotherapy for EBV related malignancies.

2005 – 2007 Postdoc at the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health).

Project leader: introduction of multiplex technologies (Luminex); a pentaplex system was created
to determine serum antibodies against Bordetella pertussis, Diphtheria and Tetanus.
Project leader: maintaining contacts with international companies and responsible for the
execution of agreement with the partners.

“Pretargeted radioimmunotargeting with bispecific anti-tumor x anti-DTPA(In) antibodies”.
Preclinical research to investigate the two-step radioimmunotargeting approach using bispecific
monoclonal antibodies (bsMAb).
Production of hybridoma and quadroma cells and purifying and characterizing antibodies.
Radio labeling of proteins and haptens directly or with the use of conjugated chelates.
In vivo and in vitro tumortargeting experiments using (bs)MAbs.
