Marketing and Communications Manager, EMEA

Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing strategy for MMD, a brand licensee for Philips Digital Signage. Acted as a liaison and influencer to drive common business goals and collective go to market strategies. Ensured all efforts were to brand and eminence standards, differentiating Philips Signage Solutions in the markets in which they operate.

Set strategy and managed all EMEA agencies to drive PR and brand objectives for Philips in region.
Provided council on go-to market strategy and business development to executive committee/leadership and sales.
Developed, managed and executed the marketing plan and budget for EMEA, including all (local) product introductions and supporting communication strategies.
Development of lead generation campaigns for the business. Campaigns resulted in over 900 qualifies leads resulting in 20% increase in marketing program generated pipeline.
