2007~ M&S Manager, U-Biz International BV, Eindhoven. Responsible for the M&S strategies and performance. Developing new accounts and building up global business networks. Managing the import and exports business.
Accomplishments:
 Established a global business network of partners, suppliers and customers in the broadcasting industry;
 Successfully developed the new customers in American markets.

2001~2007 M&S Manager APAC, Philips CryptoTec of Philips Digital Networks.
Acting CFO & Deputy GM, ChinaCrypt JV (Beijing) on behalf of Philips (2001~2006). Helping Philips set up the ChinaCrypt joint venture (JV).Managing the JV operations representing Philips. Coordinating all issues among the JV stakeholders. Penetrating into the APAC markets.
Accomplishments:
 Successfully set up the JV in China and made it the NO.1 in the Chinese market with more than 40 customers of multi-system operators;
 Acquired the key multi-system operators in Singapore, Vietnam and Taiwan;
 Developed 6 Set-Top-Box (STB) partners in South Korea and 26 STB partners and system integrators in China.

1999~2001 Sales Manager EMEA, Pacific International Group BV, Apeldoorn, NL. Managing the M&S department. Responsible for the new customer development in EMEA markets. Management of the two biggest accounts.
Accomplishments:
 Expanded the business network in the EMEA market with new accounts acquisition in the Nordic and East European countries;
 Gained above 15% revenue growth from the two biggest accounts.

Managing the Spare Parts & RMA Warehouses for the EMEA Service Center. Conducting supply and demand planning for the EMEA operations. Maintaining the relationship with customers and logistic vendors.
