Crazy for patterns!, everyday, anywhere, everywhere...

I absolutely love the world of pattern design, that is why I have specialize in this field, so that I am able to create original art that will became an exclusive print or illustration applied on to a high end luxury product. Something that will make the person that wears it, or owns it, completely especial and original.

The world around me inspires me with all it’s beauty; specially shapes and figures of nature and it’s intricate but simple forms at the same time. What amazes me is that anything you look at, is build up from simple shapes (circle, square, line…), but the way they come together is were art comes alive. Besides drawing, composition and color are the key factors, specially on an illustrations that will became a pattern. There is were I put all my attention. To be able to finalize a great composition is one of my main focus, when I am designing.

Having the freedom to create is very important for me, but I also like to have and objective to achieve; that pushes me over the line. There is where art and fashion meet: at the final product. I like to be able to engage as many people as possible with my illustrations, so that is something that is always present when I am designing. I want them to feel they own
something unique and wonderful.
