As a ‘born’ organizer, I am focused on developing new plans and implement new ideas with order and structure.
I am a practical, independent and result driven type of person that highly values existing rules and procedures. I have over 8 years’ of experience in improving organizational performance with process improvements, lean six sigma and change management. With my multi-cultural background, I know how to work with people from different cultures and how to motivate them. I am proud of establishing a Sales Operations department within Philips Healthcare that also included an Order management Team.

2014 – Current Philips Healthcare
Market Operations Deployment Manager
As an operations deployment manager, I am responsible for the implementation of future to-be and optimize current processes that are in line with existing architecture / procedures.
Another part of my responsibility is to lead and execute key programs, which have multiple deliverables and stakeholders (that all needs to be integrated). Activities include: to lead, define and adopt Market to Order processes, support End-2-End transformations, help business and markets improve their commercial capabilities in order to deliver sustainable business impact.
A most current program is to improve the commercial capabilities, in order to increase more customer facing time (25% → 75%). This is established by implementing a dedicated sales support team in each market with the use of several improvement methodologies such as lean and change management.
2012 – 2014 Philips Healthcare
Market Development Manager
Within this role, I was responsible for the creation of new sales development activities for a business within Philips Healthcare that are handling complex opportunities for the EMEA region. [These opportunities have a minimum lead time of 8 months with an average value of 3 million euro and such customer contracts can take up to 5 – 15 years]. The main objective was to increase market share and to professionalize the sales field in EMEA.
My activities included: initiate programs to boost contract renewals, work with other businesses to generate upselling, create an expert team and take the Go/No-go decisions, etc.
All of which needed to be implemented in each market and sales field needed to be trained upon.
2009 – 2012 Philips Healthcare
Sales Operations Manager
As head of Sales Operations department, I have established a central team that provides professional support in effectively handling sales orders for all markets in EMEA and APAC (orders that directly contribute to the international sales organization). I am responsible for ensuring that the order acquisition and order realization activities are followed on a timely matter.
The main aim of this job was to ensure that the sales organizations increased their customer facing time, which effectively lead to win more valuable orders. This was achieved by developing, implementing and maintaining effective sales support procedures and tools. Being also responsible for order fulfillment, it was my objective to ensure that all orders are correctly booked and that our multi-year customer contracts are managed and monitored closely.
2007 –2008 Philips Healthcare
Sales Administrator Support
Within this role, I managed the coordination and administration of sales related activities on a global scale. Span of activities included:
• Maintaining a sales funnel and installed base overview, particularly identifying best win deals.
• Coordination of the bid management process and support tender/proposal responses.
• Provide training and support to all relevant stakeholders on sales tools & processes.
Another responsibility as a Sales Administrator was to deploy a quoting tool, with up-to-date pricelist, that manages complex customer configurations.
