o PA to the CEO (2003-2014)
Provide full support and handle all administrative and organizational responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer.
Handle all matter of communications and correspondence of the Chief Executive Officer.
Co-ordinate with other Management Assistants in areas that require joint effort.
Perform secretarial work, calendar management, receiving guests, answering phone calls, email etc.
Organize and minute meetings, arrange travel plans.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations.
File and administer all relevant documents.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
o Account Assistant (in combination with secretary duties) (1997-2003)
Miscellaneous secretarial tasks, with regards to the allocated client companies, such as:
Develop concepts, process letters, e-mails, calls and faxes (for clients).
Organize meetings (make reservations, take care of supplies, facilities etc).
Establish authorizations, take notes and distribute relevant documents at meetings.
Handle signature procedure: check if all signatures, authorizations are in place.
Handle administrative aspects of bank accounts.
Take care of filing of agreements, bank statements, correspondence and other documents and maintain organized administrative files.
Keep client data and the client database up to date.
Maintain a solid relationship with allocated clients.
Act as right hand of the Legal/Accounting Officer.
Act as mentor for junior Account Assistants.
Keep records per account of own worked hours.
