Currently acting as overall country implementation manager in which in 11 countries GSCO transforms from a 3PL role into a 4PL role for its client IBM. This includes the setup of IT systems, adjustment of business processes and organization changes.
The IT part consists of translation of Statement of Work into IT business requirements, Change management (Change request management), managing User Acceptance Testing, managing After Implementation Support and system integration by EDI. Systems used are TMS and WMS and supplier systems. In the organisation change a control tower abroad set up was involved: this includes workload calculations, process definition, reporting set up and job function definition set up.
