• Produced compensation calculation model in complex Partner business organization and provided quarterly commission
calculation for South Europe sales team (headcount 100).
• Paid large contribution in the Partner revenue budget process and establishment of quota model for all headcount in South
Europe Region. Like providing historical revenue by partner, prepare budget guidelines for the regional sales team and
complete budget and quota model templates for EMEA finance and business management.
• Participated in weekly regional management meetings via teleconference. Discussed financial matters with regional VP on
weekly calls. Matters that concerned compensation, revenue recognition related questions, headcount issues,
improvement of reporting.
• Essential element in Partner business is rebate program for partners. I prepared quarterly accrual and reconciliation to
actual rebates. Prepared analysis of actual rebates to show trends in partner sales by product and market.
• Paid large contribution in quarterly revenue forecast process. BI-weekly forecast calls were held with country sales
managers to discuss progress of specific sales deals and their expected revenue number to close.
• Last month of the quarter increased monitoring of expected sales deals to close. I collected information from contract
specialists, local finance managers and sales teams to improve forecast accuracy.

• Supported Benelux Applications license sales team forecasting and reporting of full P&L. Annual Revenue $50m;
headcount 90.
• Supported Western Europe license sales team for Business Intelligence product line: forecasting, budgeting and reporting
of full P&L. Annual revenue $140m; headcount 205.
• Built budget model for Business Intelligence product, to be used for various growth simulations year over year.
• Applied cost control and governance by analyzing cost KPI’s and cost accounts and informed management about cost
control actions.
• Performed accurate sales commission analysis, forecast and accrual by quarter.
